"AVP provided an amazing service for Democratic Party of Virginia’s Blue Commonwealth Gala. They were able to manage audio visual services for an enormous venue and over 1,400 attendees without any glitches. Even with such a daunting task, they came through with great sound quality throughout the event. People in the middle of the space could hear just as well as the people on the outskirts. AVP handled so many moving parts for us. Along with sound management for several speeches, they played the walk-up songs for all of the people speaking and provided video feeds for the audience. They controlled five screens with different feeds to each screen so that every one of the attendees was able to see the speakers from different vantage points.
